The Human Resources Department supports the workforce of ACE Medical Center – CDO. It is responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle and fosters a positive culture to keep them engaged and motivated by striving to develop and align the personal skills, knowledge, and abilities of each employee to the needs and requirements of various sections within the hospital to achieve a common vision and mission, Human Resources Department helps to achieve the goal of providing TOTAL QUALITY PATIENT CARE and efficiency of hospital operations.

About Human Resource Management Service

The HR Department operates under Hospital Administrator Dr. Jocelyn V. Ucab, who reports to President Dr. Mitchel Dennis B. Gonzalez and the Board of Directors.

Headed by Dr. Rowena T. Rocha, the department manages employee relations, performance, and compliance with labor laws, and connects indirectly with the Ethics and Grievance Committee for handling complaints.

Key roles include;

  • The Human Resource Officer, who supports various HR functions;
  • The Payroll Officer, responsible for timely salary disbursements;
  • The Compensation and Benefits In-charge, who ensures fair pay and benefits
  • The Recruitment and Hiring In-charge, who oversees the hiring process
