Department of Information
Serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, clients and callers. Primary responsibility is to greet guests, answer inquiries and give assistance.
We help clients, patients and visitors by providing accurate information and we are the first people you will see when you enter the hospital aside from the security guards. And if there are any concerns or complains from the clients, patients and visitors we refer it to our immediate head or supervisor for the immediate actions.
