OPERATION TULI 2025

ACE Medical Center – Cagayan de Oro, in partnership with the Rotary Club of CDO Health, invites families to take part in a Circumcision Operation Program for young boys in the community!

This initiative is made possible through the joint efforts of the Operating Room Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc., the Mindanao Consortium for Surgical Training, the Philippine College of Surgeons, and the NMMC Department of Surgery—bringing together expert surgical care in a safe and compassionate environment.

📌 Mechanics:
1. Fill out the official registration form.
2. Eligible participants must:
– 8 years old and above
– Physically fit and willing to undergo circumcision

To avail of the circumcision service, choose one of the following requirements:

Present a Barangay Certificate of Indigency,
OR
Provide one (1) blood donor,
OR
Donate ₱500.00
